This is an overlay fender, it uses the stock fender as a base and completely conceals it. Fits 1989 - 2013 Harley Davidson Touring Motorcycles. We have Softail versions also available, just ask. You will need to prep, sand, and potentially do minor body touch up before you prime & paint these. We always recommend having this installed by a professional.

These do not come with any hardware or directions. They are pretty simple though, they get bolted down to the stock fender underneath and behind the seat. Fitment and application will vary by bike. They fit on 1989 - 2013 Harley Davidson Road Glides with no problem.
