Kit comes without cut outs. This is a set of 6 Stretched angle cut saddlebags with the replacement rear fender that features a recessed license plate mount that is sunken into the fender.
This set is made out of 100% hand laid fiberglass. Bags and fender are pre-drilled and come in an unfinished black primer. Normal prep work is needed before paint. Some modifications may be required for proper fitment.
