23 inch Front Fender for Harley Davidson Baggers FLH 2000 to 2013 Touring

23" classic style stretched front fender is designed to work with your 23" Wheel. It's fiberglass hand laid will come in unfinished black primer, very thick and sturdy. The fender won't crack on you like the rest. Hardware not included will come pre-drill for better fitment. It should be mocked up and fitted prior to paint. We do our best to describe our items.
