THIS KIT WILL UPGRADE YOUR FLH TO 2017 BAGS WITH ONE TOUCH SYSTEM. This is an end bagger set up for 1997 to 2008 touring models. 7" down slope and 14" back saddlebags and overlay rear fender with no cutouts. YOU WILL NEED 2014 LATCHES IN ORDER TO WORK.
