We think these are the most comfortable grips around - and made in solid brass for a guaranteed ol'school cool look. With classic fluted barrel shape and a baseball bat type "knob" end to help keep your hands in place. These grips are made of 2 lbs 4 oz of brass! Will help dampen some of the higher frequency vibes.

Getting the patina right is the most difficult and important part of an ol'school build. These look "right" because they start out as a casting - with minor machining to finish - not like something modern machined out of a solid block on a lathe or mill. Comes with a basic factory polish - shows some minor casting voids and imperfections - each set is slightly different. Will dull with age to a cool old patina, or can be polished and clear-coated, or bead-blasted down flat, as desired.
