My fender is Gelcoat and hasn't been painted. You have to sand down and repaint IN ANY CASE. You are looking at an awesome brand new fiberglass 4 stretched cover fender with light. It fits all touring models from 1997 2008. This fender features a recessed license plate mount that is sunken into the surface of the fender. The fender comes in GELCOAT finish.
It has dual exhaust cutouts. You can use all your stock detachable hardware items, such as your backrest, sissy bar, luggage rack, or Tour Pak.
